Everything you import or enter is yours. We host it to provide the Service and never sell it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vekfinance application at vekfinance.com (the "Service"), operated by Vekfinance ("we", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Vekfinance.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us right away if something looks wrong.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use that you fail to report promptly.
Acceptable use

Use the Service for your own legitimate purposes. Do not abuse, scrape, or attack it.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Upload another person's financial data without their consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service (except as permitted by applicable law).
- Use automated tools to overwhelm the Service or circumvent rate limits.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
AI features and financial advice

The AI features are informational. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice.
Important
Your content

Everything you upload or enter stays yours. We use it only to run the Service. We never train AI on it.
You retain all rights to the financial data you import or enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
Our intellectual property

The software, design, and brand belong to us.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or trade names.
Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided as-is. We try hard, but we cannot promise it is perfect.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of liability

Our maximum financial responsibility is capped. The numeric cap is the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or fifty US dollars.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD $50.
Indemnification

If you break these Terms or misuse the Service and that causes us legal trouble, you cover the resulting costs.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.
Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can suspend access if you violate these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when feasible. Upon termination, sections 5 through 11 of these Terms survive.
Governing law

These Terms follow US law and Vektrion LLC's home state.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vektrion LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of that same jurisdiction, and you submit to their personal jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
